The Cross Tail Shad can be drop shotted or rigged wacky style.
When a drop shot rig is used, the tail will float up and wiggle as you finesse the lure.
This design has been in use in Japan since 1999 and has been proven effective in catching Bass.
It's been tested in the US for most of 2007 and is now being introduced to the US after proving effective.
